Agenda ETMS User Interface
Agenda ETMS User Interface was designed to provide to the users a familiar and easy to use interface. The result is a diary-like, intuitive user screen. Users has to focus on "WHAT" they want to do and not on "HOW" they have to do what they intend.
"Physicians" section
First section
of this "diary" concerns individuals (physicians).
Identifying a physician in the alphabetical list can be
facilitated by advanced search feature, using several
search criteria.

Information regarding a physician
is grouped in 4 major categories:
- General information
- Information regarding medical units where the person works
- Detailed calls history
- Information regarding events where physician was present (like congresses or round tables)
"Activities" area groups all
relevant details regarding calls. Thus, the medical
representative have always in handy the calls history.
The call scheduling facility is also in this section, so
the MR will have only to check the recommended call
frequency and in few mouse clicks the next call will be
scheduled.

Recorded details for each call
are the following:
- Call date and hour;
- Call type (already performed or scheduled);
- If MR was assisted or not by ASM, PM, etc.;
- Products (drugs) promoted during the call and physician's commitment, if any;
- In case the customer uses "promotional messages" approach, the delivered message will be also recorded;
- Gifts, promotional materials, samples and so on used during the call (including the quantity used);
- MR's personal comments regarding the call.
"Workplaces" section
Second section of
the "diary" refers to medical centers (also called
workplaces). Same easy of use facilities are provided.
Quick search and advanced search features are also
available.

Information related to a medical
center is grouped as follows:
- Organisational structure (departments);
- Persons related to each department
- Workplace identification information;
- Activities performed by MR at this workplace;
Just as in "Physicians" section,
the "Activities" area groups all details regarding calls
and calls history.

Recorded details for each call
are:
- Call date and hour;
- Call type (already performed or scheduled);
- If MR was assisted or not by ASM, PM, etc.;
- Products promoted during the call and MR's comments for each product from the list;
- Gifts, promotional materials, samples and other support materials used during the call (including the quantity used).
"Calendar" section
The third
major section of the "diary" is the "Calendar" section.
It offers an "at a glance" view of MR activity, day by
day. This is combined with one-click in-depth picture.
Detailed work time allocation of MR can be also recorded
here.

It is easy to see the days when a
MR was doing the calls and days spent in some other ways
(congress, car service, training, etc.) Information is
shown for an entire year.
With a single click on a row
representing a month, a detailed view of the activity of
the MR is shown on a daily basis.

The shown details are the
following::
- Call date and hour;
- If it was a planned or realized call;
- Promoted products and the order that they've been presented;
- MR personal comments regarding the call, if any.
Detailed work time allocation is
recorded in this screen too, under "Note" tab.

Recorded information is:
- Type of activity performed;
- Percent of time spent for each activity during a working day;
- MR comments, if any.
Other facilities
In addittion to the sections above, users have access to several other sections:- Congress - Here "congress" type activities (the ones organized by a third party and where competition is also present) are recorded and managed;
- Round tables - Events organized and funded only by the company are recorded in this section;
- News - An internal bulletin board. Messages posted here are delivered to every member of the team. Especially useful to exchange hot news and rumours from the market, in addition to management directives, as the "news" pops up automatically after every database synchronization, if there are new messages;
- Expenses - This section is designed to facilitate fund management and financial reporting of each
